We ship from Canada via Canada Post and to the United States using USPS to get your orders in the most economical. We do ship International upon request.
All items are shipped via letter mail to Canada & United State. Letter mail shipping is NOT tracked or insured, so there is no way to track your order, or replacement if your order does not arrive.
These are the general guidelines for when to expect your order AFTER it has been shipped:
- within Canada (3-6 business days)
- to the United States (4-6 business days)
- Local Pickup is available too, just send us an email to arrange.
Our pick-up location is in Downtown Toronto, around College & Dovercourt St.
If you need an item by a certain date please contact me in advance before placing an order to see if I can accommodate your purchase or to upgrade shipping.
Our current turnaround time is 5-7 business days before your order is shipped. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
You can select between a nylon headband or a reversible clip.
Nylon headbands: Come in 3 different colour options and they are super soft and stretchy. Our headbands are for girls of all ages, newborn and up!
Reversible Clips: Our clips are removable and reversible alligator clips so you can place the bow on either side of your little one’s head.
MONTHLY BOW SUBSCRIPTION FAQ’s
When will my card be charged each month?
You will first be charged on the day you subscribe and then on the 10th of each future month (ie you will be charged on March 10th for April bows). All edits and cancellations to subscriptions must be done before the 10th of each month.
When will I receive my subscription each month?
You will receive your subscription the first week of each month.
Can I skip or cancel my subscription?
You can skip or cancel at anytime, just Login to your account and get full control over your subscription. Please note, if your card has already been charged you will receive one more month of bows.
Can I choose the bows in my subscription?
You don't get to choose the bows in your subscription but we do reveal the full month's set before the 10th of each month on our Instagram. Every month its a different set.
Can I return the bows if I don't like them?
We do not accept any return or exchanges for our subscription bows.
Will any of the Subscription bows be available for purchase in the shop?
No, all bows in our Subscription set is exclusive to subscribers.
Can I add extra bows to be shipped with my monthly bows?
If you have purchased extra bows in the same transaction as the subscription, they will be included in the package with the subscription.
